- Pay attention to the details, it makes all the difference

Clear and concise

- Cut out hyperbole
- Avoid clichés and don’t be boring
- Be honest and straight-forward
- Don’t assume everyone knows what you’re talking about, but don’t patronise
- Avoid using jargon, especially if it’s not necessary
