The Marex colour palette
The Core Marex Palette is the base colour set for the company. It is to always be used across all assets for the Marex Group.
Colour usage
Backgrounds
Dark Blue or Grey Light 10 (White for print) should be used as background colours. Purple should be used as an accent colour.
Typography
Dark Blue, Grey Mid should be used for typography on a light background. White and Grey Light should be used for typography on a dark background.
Frames and Cards
Lightest colours should be used for elevated holding frames and cards.
Light and Dark Tints
Tints that are not specified above are to be used sparingly and only when necessary.

Numeric Colour Types Guide
In Order of Numbers presented for each colour:
1. Hexcode: A 6 digit combination of letters and numbers that represent RGB colours (used for web design).
2. CMYK: A combination of numbers representing the value of 'Cyan', 'Magenta', 'Yellow' and 'Black' (used for printing).
3. RGB: A combination of numbers representing the value of 'Red', 'Green' and 'Blue' (used most commonly for everything).
4. Pantone: Pantone is a patented and standardized colour kit (used for fabrics and high quality brochures).
